Implementing a successful automated process requires
very talented and dedicated people.  We're most proud of
our staff, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years.
Providing the best service to our customers is the perfect
compliment to the quality product we offer.   Everyone is
committed to courteous, professional service, making sure
every job runs smoothly.  We quote jobs within hours of
receiving them.  We send out order acknowledgements
upon acceptance of any quote.  We send out computerized
shop drawings for each order, and most jobs we'll install
within 2 weeks of templating.  We track your job on computers
through the production process and document all changes in
writing.

We're proud of our success, yet we all know that sometimes
problems arise.  If an issue or problem does arise, we promise
to resolve it with little or no impact to you or your customer.
An important measure we use in dealing with problems is to
place ourselves in the customers’ shoes and ask ourselves how
we would want the issue resolved.  It might not be the easiest or
cheapest solution, but we promise that it will be the solution that
makes your customer happy.
We're so proud of our people and facility that we love showing them off.  If you'd like to see for yourself, we encourage you to stop by and tour our plant.  Appointments are best, but if you’re in the area or have a job you wish to discuss please feel free to stop by.  There will always be someone here to help you.

Long Island Fabrications was started in 1978.  That year there was only one  "Solid Surface” - DuPont™ Corian® and they only had 4 colors - Cameo White, Dawn Beige, Autumn Gold and Olive Mist.   The industry has come a long way and so has Long Island Fabrications.  We bought our first computerized "CNC" machine in 1985.  That year PC
computers had a whopping 10MG hard drive.  We grew our business and developed our production process in step with the advances in computer technology.  In 25 years we've made many changes and improvements.  In doing so, we retired
